How to wash your hands
ListenInfectious substances easily stick to hands. They spread further when you take someone by the hand or touch surfaces where many people take their hands. Therefore, wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
Always wash your hands when you have been out, come home or come to your work or school. Wash your hands before eating, cooking or handling food, and after using the toilet. Hand disinfectant can be an option when you do not have the opportunity for hand washing.
The poster in A4 describes what and how you should do to keep your hands clean. Feel free to print it out and put it up in places you think are suitable.
